Hello, My Blazing Friends!

Here I am in your inbox again this year. Late this year, thought I was going to be out of town for this one, but here I am. Charging up my keyboard and my special neck lamp.:-)) 

As you know, by now, San Diego Writers INK is THE writers' organization in San Diego that is so dear to my heart and my work. The one that has been with me all these years as I have honed my skills as a flash writer, the one that has helped me create and compile creative non-fiction narratives and essays for my two books. I was on the Board for several years and am a true blue supporter and participant in the weekly writing group known as Thursday Writers.

Next Sunday marks the 19th Annual Blazing Laptops event, and the organization needs all of our help to meet its fundraising goal. The City of San Diego's budget has been introduced with a devastating slash in funding for arts organizations. I know you will agree with me that arts organizations, and a writing community, are vital to the health of the community and its artists.Please join me in whatever measure you can, to support San Diego Writers Ink by sponsoring me for Blazing Laptops 2026.
